How to solve Medium Sudoku
What makes a puzzle Medium is the hardest step it needs. Most often that step is Hidden Single (100%).
Medium adds the Hidden Single. Pick a number, say 5, and a box that does not have it yet. Cross out the squares whose row or column already holds a 5; when one square is left, the 5 goes there. Go through the numbers one by one.
